Hi, my name is Andrea,
I am passionate about helping people live their best lives through nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness. My own health journey has shaped my approach, making me even more determined to support others in finding balance, strength, and well-being with the tools they have available.
My Health Journey
From a young age, I struggled with an undiagnosed ailment affecting my left foot and ankle. After countless visits to doctors, with no clear answers (paging Doctor House), I had to learn how to live with it. Over time, the pain worsened, leading to surgery that, unfortunately, brought further complications such as chronic pain, nerve damage, and joint stiffness.
On top of that, I was thrown into the whirlwind of perimenopause, bringing exhaustion, anxiety, mood swings, and weight gain. I found myself feeling drained and stuck, merely existing rather than thriving.
But I refused to let my circumstances define me.
Taking Back Control
Determined to regain my health, I turned to yoga and decided to go back to studying, hoping that by stimulating both my mind and body, I could shift my reality.
And I was right - small, intentional changes led to powerful transformations. I discovered that there was so much within my control, and by taking charge, I was able to reshape my life.
How I Can Help You
Now, as a qualified health coach (Level 5 Diploma) and a BSS (Hons) Psychology graduate, I combine understanding, empathy and the principles of coaching to empower others. I believe that everyone has the ability to make meaningful changes and achieve their desired outcomes. My mission is to guide you in creating sustainable lifestyle changes that align with your goals and personal
challenges.
